I'm Romesh - I run Lawtrepreneur, where I help solo lawyers like you build modern, tech-enabled practices that actually fit your life (while running my own practice too).

You joined my community through one of my practice-building resources, but I need to be honest with you...

I haven't shown up in your inbox as planned for a long time.

Life threw me a curveball - my parents entered their "golden years," and I became their primary caregiver. Between running my practice, ensuring they get the care they need, and creating precious memories between them and my kids, something had to give.

That "something" ended up being my commitments to this community and Lawtrepreneur's mission.

This obviously wasn't the plan, but it reinforced everything I believe about legal practice: our businesses should flex around our lives, not consume them.

As I managed this transition, I had to practice what I preach about building a practice that adapts to life's demands.

The truth is that there was a moment late last year where I considered the possibility of walking away completely.

But here's what stopped me: the countless messages from lawyers who found clarity and direction in advice and support I’ve given them in making important business decisions.

So starting 2025, I'm recommitting to this community with renewed energy and focus. Here's what's coming:

1. Weekly YouTube content sharing my actual frameworks for running a digital-first law firm (first videos are already up!)
2. 30-minute conversations with experts and thought leaders outside law who are solving problems we face daily (check out the Modern Legal Practice playlist here!)
